真空复模
Case description
Vacuum injection mould (Casting Vaccum), also known as vacuum die. Both under the vacuum condition of pouring material of defoaming, mixing, preheating, injection, and in the constant temperature box of 60 DEG to 80 DEG C for 2-3 hours of secondary curing process.


 Applicable to the product development process in trial production of small quantities, complicated structure, uniform wall thickness, meet 

certain functional requirements of the prototype.

Technical parameters:

Suitable for mold: silicone mold (life 10-20 parts).
Pouring material: double component polyurethane PU. Currently used materials: AXSON polyurethane, Hei-cast polyurethane resin.
Physical properties: similar to ABS, PP,, PMMA/PC, transparent, soft rubber parts (D 40-90shord), high temperature resistant parts (150), fire materials, etc..
General working hours: 1-4 hours / pieces.
Standard copy accuracy: + 0.20mm/100mm.
Casting sample thickness: minimum 0.5mm, the best is 1.5 mm-5 mm.
Maximum casting work: 2000mmX1200mmX1000mm



Process:

1 silicone mold preheating: the silicone mould is heated to 60-70, and the mold temperature is too low, it will cause the curing is not complete, 

causing the physical properties. Die temperature has a direct relationship to the size accuracy of the test piece.
2: pre deaeration castable respectively A, B two liquid vacuum defoamation treatment for more than 30 minutes in the vacuum box.
3 pouring: will be filled with A liquid and B liquid containers were placed in the operating room. Working chamber pumped to vacuum from time

to time mixing solution B to deaeration 5-10 minutes, a liquid into liquid B in stirring 30-40 minutes after quickly poured into the silicon rubber 

mold. And the operation of the 1 -1 in 30 seconds after the start of the mixing.
4 curing: in the constant temperature box of 60-70 for 30-60 minutes after curing, you can release. 2-3 hours of the two curing in the constan

temperature box at 70-80 is necessary.
