Product Description

The general process flow is:

Pretreatment of workpiece (in addition to oil, hot water washing, cleaning, water washing, phosphorization, hot water washing, passivation), anode electrophoresis,

workpiece after treatment, water washing and drying).

1, in addition to oil. Solution is generally hot alkaline chemical in addition to oil, the temperature is 60 degrees (steam heating), the time is about 20min.
2, hot water wash. Temperature 60 C (steam heating), time 2min.
3, rust. With H2SO4 or HCl, such as hydrochloric acid cleaning liquid, HCl acidity is more than or equal to 43 points; free acidity greater than 41 point; cleaning agent 1.5%; room temperature wash 10 ~ 20min.
4, cold water wash. Flow in cold water wash 1min.
5, phosphating. Temperature phosphating (60 10min), phosphating solution can be used for the sale of finished goods.
The above process can also be replaced by sand blasting.
6, passivation. With the phosphating solution supporting drugs (provided by the sale of phosphate liquid), 1 ~ 2min at room temperature.

7, anodic electrophoresis. Electrolyte components: H08-1 black electrophoretic paint, solid mass fraction 12% to 9%, distilled water mass fraction 88% to 91%. Voltage: (70 + 10) 2.5min, time:

2 ~ V, paint liquid temperature: 15 ~ 35, paint liquid PH value: 8 ~ 8.5. Pay attention to the work out of the slot to power. In the process of electrophoresis, the current increases with the film thickness.

8, water wash. Wash in cold water.
9, drying. In the oven at (165 + 5) at the temperature of 40 ~ 60min.
