Printing process overview
Printing is a kind of indirect concave gum head printing technology. At present, it has become a main method for surface printing and decoration.
Principle:
Process is simple: first, the design of the pattern is etched on the printing plate, the etching ink, and then, through the silicone head of the majority of ink transfer printing to be printed.
Method of printing ink on a plate:

There are a lot of ways to resist the ink. The first printing ink sprayed on the etching plate, and then with a telescopic scraper to scrape excess ink. Then are left in the etched area of the

 ink solvent and the formation of the colloidal surface and plastic head down to etched, ink absorption.

Ink and printing ink:

The rubber suction head on etched on most of the ink after rising, at this time, part of the ink layer and volatile, remaining part of the wet ink surface are more suitable for printing the 

close combination of the object and the rubber head. Plastic head shape to produce a rolling action, to drain excess air and surface etching ink.

Ink and glue in the process of formation:

The ideal situation is that all of the ink on the plate is transferred to the printed matter, in the process of production (close to 10 micron or 0.01 mm thick ink adhesion is transferred to 

the substrate) adhesive head printing is easy to be affected by air, temperature, electrostatic size, etc.. If from the eclipse stereotype to transfer printing plastic head, to the media for the

 whole process, volatile speed and dissolution rate exactly at the state of equilibrium, then it is considered for the success of the printing. If evaporation is too fast, the ink is absorbed 

before it has dried up. If evaporation is too slow, the surface of the ink has not yet formed a gel, is not easy to make the plastic head and matrix attachment.

Erosion:
Several main etching substrates:
1 thick steel plate
2 thin steel plate
3 plastic light polymer plate (which can be photosensitive)

As far as any image is concerned, they are generated by a photographic method. First of all, with the emulsion will be photographed objects to produce a positive, then, on the surface of the print.

 The plate is coated with a light sensitive layer, and no image area becomes hard when exposed to ultraviolet light. Then, wash away the image area of the photosensitive material

 (plastic light polymer plate to water and alcohol mixed liquid cleaning), and finally to dry.

This high - quality corrosion - making equipment is inexpensive, and it costs about 3000 yuan per customer.

For the metal plate, once the image area of the photosensitive material is washed away, the metal plate into the corrosive materials such as acid or hydrochloric acid, etching, and need to be carefully

 operated. Use thick or thin steel plate, or plastic light polymer plate depending on the printing business. Thick steel plate is the most suitable for production, but the printing quality is poor; the thin

 plate and thick steel plate is different, usually pre coated with a layer of photographic emulsion, more practical; however, plastic light polymer plate in the three of the best quality, but it is the most 

bad production. Etching depth and quality are very important. Depth is not appropriate, the image effect is poor. If the use of inferior quality defects of the steel plate, then, print will be reflected.

Silica gel transfer head:

The transfer head is made of elastic silica gel and can be made into many different shapes. Its role is to obtain a pattern from an etched plate and transfer the pattern onto the substrate. The ability to

 absorb ink and its printing quality is influenced by the following four factors:

1 shape of the transfer head

2 transfer head hardness
3 transfer head surface conditions
4 transfer head of production materials

The basic shape of the transfer head tends to be round, rectangular or square, which is suitable for the transfer of the first surface of the head and the erosion of the rigid contact, and then contact with

 the printed matter, rolling pattern. The size and shape of the pattern and the intensity of the rolling determines which kind of transfer printing head is used. The selection principle is: the more the transfer

 head, ink transfer printing effect is better. The hardness depends on the number of silicone oil added in the rubber, the use of a solvent with the ink only need to add a small amount of silicone oil. The ideal

 transfer head surface is very smooth and dull; solvent soaked gauze carefully wipe the transfer printing head can produce good results. After printing about 50000 times, if the transfer head shows that the

 trace of the damage, it should be replaced with the transfer head, but must be careful not to damage the transfer of the head surface.
